The Grand Lake Host Datacenter is an operator that combines a carrier-class TIER1 international IP network, independently tested as offering best-in-class reliability and performance, and a content distribution network, bypassing Internet congestion to deliver sought-after content at high speeds. It features a single autonomous system (AS) number, minimizing ‘hops’ between parts of the Internet, delivering faster, more reliable performance with a more direct route between user data and its destination in Grand Lake or worldwide.

The Grand Lake Host Datacenter’s IP network provides low-latency, secure, reliable and high availability connectivity between geographically spread out locations. Cross connects to their Global Tier 1 backbone and a broad range of carriers, including global and regional providers, ensure information reaches its destination, wherever that may be.
Grand Lake Host Servers are specially designed for our hosting environment. Built with the most reliable server components, they are equipped with 18 Core Xeon Gold processors, up to 256 GB RAM, RAID 6 disk arrays, and SSDs for the most I/O-intensive operations. The hot-swap HDDs, power supply units, and cooling fans allow repairs or replacement of these components while the machine stays online. This design brings the hardware reliability to the highest level.
The Grand Lake Host Datacenter keeps a spare/standby server in each server rack. If a production server fails, it will be immediately replaced by a spare server, and the latest backup will be restored. This way Grand Lake Host can offer you a 99.9% uptime guarantee.

The Payment Card Industry Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of security standards that applies to all providers that store, process or transmit cardholder data (CHD).
